At Hugbel, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hugbel.com.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  ⚠️ Please do not send returns to our business address in Wyoming, as we are unable to process returns at that location.

Please note: 

• Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging
• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless defective or wrong items are sent
• We also offer a partial refund of the purchase price if you decide to keep the product

Order Cancellation

The order can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, a processing fee of 35 EUR/40 USD/60 AUD or equivalent amount will be charged to the order. The order can not be canceled after shipment or after 48 hours. Please send your cancellation request as soon as possible to info@hugbel.com

Damages, missing parts and wrong items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, we will do our best to issue you a new replacement as soon as possible

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items/customized items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
