I ordered two Retro Hailie pendants.. the lights were delivered within 2 weeks and looked great … until I accidentally dropped one. Hugbel service was prompt and sincere and helped me sort out a replacement.
Still waiting for order to arrive, nearly 4 weeks now Melbourne to Central Coast shouldn't take this long unless the lights had to come from another country first? or wasn't in stock? at the time of ordering! but it did say it was in stock. Hence my electrician is still pending with the other work to be done on this project..I'm sure the lights will be perfect once they arrive, so will refresh my review then..tracking says in transit as of the 17th Oct..
