Warranty

1. Scope of Warranty
HUGBEL warrants that all lamp products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use for a period of two (2) years from the original retail purchase date.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase (a dated sales receipt or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.


2. What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or assembly

  • Electrical component failure (excluding bulbs) under proper use

  • Breakage due to internal flaws not caused by impact or misuse


3. What Is Not Covered

  • Improper Use: Outdoor use, exposure to moisture, excessive heat, or commercial environments

  • Negligence: Accidents, drops, spills, improper handling, or use of abrasive cleaning materials

  • Alterations or Modifications: Repairs or changes not authorized in writing by HUGBEL

  • Wear and Tear: Scratches, chips, discoloration, fading, or any cosmetic damage over time

  • Consumables: Bulbs, fuses, and any parts designed to degrade naturally with use


4. How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, email info@hugbel.com with:

  • Full name and contact information

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

  • Description of the issue with supporting photos or video

  • Product name or model number (if available)

HUGBEL may request a return of the product for inspection prior to approving a claim.


5. Resolution
If a covered defect is confirmed, HUGBEL will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or

  • Replace the product with a similar or equivalent model, or

  • Refund the purchase price (excluding shipping), if repair or replacement is not feasible

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to HUGBEL unless otherwise agreed. HUGBEL covers return shipping for repaired or replaced items.


6. Limitations of Liability
HUGBEL’s liability is limited to the terms above. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price.
