The Hikari wall light pairs a tall tapered fabric shade with a turned solid wood body and a small dark metal wall arm. It is a quietly confident piece: the shade glows evenly through the fabric and throws a soft pool of light downward, while the wood base adds warmth and a hand made feel. Choose the single head for either side of a bed or a hallway, or the double head to anchor a sofa wall or a wide headboard. Available in ivory for a calm Japandi room, olive green for a mid century study or terracotta red for a warmer, more characterful space.

How to Choose Your Size

For bedside use, mount a single head on each side about 120–140 cm from the floor so the light falls on the page, not in your eyes. For a sofa wall or a wide bedhead, the double head reads as one piece and suits walls of 2.5 m or more. The tall, narrow shade means it takes very little wall space, so it also works in hallways and stairwells.

Is the bulb included?
Yes, an E14 LED bulb is included.

Is it hardwired or plug in?
Hardwired, controlled by your wall switch. An electrician should install it.

Does it work in Australia?
Yes. It runs on AC 90–260V and is SAA approved, RCM and CE certified.

Can I mix shade colours on the double head?
The double head ships with two matching shades. Email us if you would like a custom mix.
