We recently purchased the luxury gold glass feather chandelier (80cm) for our bedroom and we are very pleased with the product. Upon installing, our electrician had a question regarding the Earth wire as he wanted to double check it was suitable for australia.
The Hugbel customer service team were very quick to respond and also shared a very thorough response that our electrician was happy with.
Once we had the light installed, we had some other tradespeople in to fit new wooden floors. The accidentally damaged 2 feathers with their ladder, and thus far the Hugbel team have been very helpful in working with us to source replacement feather pieces.
The type of light when visitors come around they will compliment it. Stunning. I purchased 2 of the 80cm pendants for my kitchen island. Provides a light and natural feel which compliments the house well. Beautiful, i cant get over it. 2 weeks for shipping to Aus, and packaged very well
I 2 of got these pendant lights for the bedroom in the amber colour. They are absolutely beautiful, glass is probably not as dark as I expected from looking at the pictures online. They are stunning regadless of this. Very happy, roughly 2 week wait time for delivery to Australia. I get nervous buying fragile items online, but they were packaged well and double boxed.
These pendants are just what we wanted as as per the photos. Worth noting the ceiling base is a brushed brass finish. They arrived on time, and are really good quality & value. The customer service has been great in responding to my questions about the fittings prior to ordering & I would order from Hugbel again.

I’ve always loved handmade décor, and this lamp exceeded my expectations. The washi paper texture is gorgeous in person, and you can tell it’s crafted with intention. Once installed, the light feels warm and cozy
