Hida means pleat or fold in Japanese. A ring of fine vertical flutes wraps a softly diffused panel, giving a plain ceiling a gentle sense of texture. Only 7 cm deep, it sits close to the ceiling and suits bedrooms, studies and low-ceilinged spaces.
